Our Story
SSWorkforce Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 18th March 2016 under the Companies Act, 2013, originally to provide civil construction and infrastructure solutions. As institutional clients began asking the same company to also run their canteens, staffing and hostels, the business expanded into a full facilities-management operator — while keeping construction and real-estate support as a core vertical.
Since 2016, SSWorkforce has supplied infrastructure and equipment to specifications set by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) and Sector Skill Councils (SSC), and is empanelled under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) — a skilling and placement initiative of the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, with origins in the Aajeevika Skills programme and the Special Projects component of the Swarnjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY).
Registered as a Private Limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, to deliver civil and infrastructure solutions.
Began supplying infrastructure and equipment to NCVT / SSC specifications for training centres.
Empanelled under DDU-GKY, supporting the Ministry of Rural Development's placement-linked skilling programme.
Extended into catering, institutional canteen management and manpower services for colleges and hospitals.
